Nic Lefranc

Nic moved to Australia in the 90s. He and his family fell in love with Williamstown 15 years ago attracted by its strong sense of community.

Nic grew up in France. His love of cooking started at a young age where he learned to make traditional dishes with his great grandmother and grandfather.

After years working in sales and managerial roles across the globe, he decided to pursue his culinary passion and trained to be a chef. Wanting to share some of the foods he enjoyed in France, influenced by flavours he discovered in his travels, he opened Fifi’s by the Beach in early 2022.

Nic has joined the Committee to support the local business community and enhance Williamstown as a place for locals and tourists to enjoy. He enjoyed the role of President in the 22/23 and now the Treasurer for the 23/24 FY.
